Why Transvora

Built for the road you actually run.

Generic fleet software counts kilometres. On a cross-border run the money is in litres, permits and exchange rates. We built for those, wherever the border is.

Litres go missing between the gantry and the depot.

Loaded and delivered volumes live on two paper tickets. By month end nobody can say which truck, which driver, or how much.

A truck is turned back at the border for an expired permit.

Six papers per unit, each with its own expiry, kept in a drawer. The border post finds out before the dispatcher does.

Local currency on the road, dollars in the books, a rate from memory.

Diesel bought in two currencies on one trip, reconciled in a spreadsheet at a rate nobody signed off.

How it works

One trip, end to end.

From the customer’s order to the driver’s payslip, every step writes to the same trip. Nothing is re-typed.

  1. 01

    Order

Customer, product, volume and rate agreed. A dispatch is created and gets its QR code.

  2. 02

    Gate check

Driver licence and six truck papers are checked against the loading date. Expired means refused.

  3. 03

    Loading

The loading ticket is scanned; litres loaded are recorded against the order.

  4. 04

    The road

Diesel, tolls, transit fees and permits captured per leg in the currency paid, at the day’s rate.

  5. 05

    Offloading

Delivered litres are recorded. Transit loss is measured against the allowance.

  6. 06

    Reconcile

Trip profit is calculated. Loss over allowance becomes a driver charge; the invoice is raised.

  7. 07

    Pay

Commission, allowances and charges flow into the payroll run. Payslip issued.

  8. Zero double entry.

The invoice, the truck statement and the payslip are all read from the trip.

Compliance gates

The border check happens at the desk, not at the border.

Every horse and trailer carries six papers with six expiry dates. When a dispatcher assigns a truck, Transvora checks them against the loading date. Expired means refused. Missing means acknowledged, by name.

  • Driver licence expiry checked on the loading date
  • Registration, insurance, road tax, fitness, permits, regional cards
  • Expiry alerts before the truck is next assigned
  • Scans held against the unit, served by signed link only

Finance

Dollars in the books. Local currency where it was spent.

Every figure is stored in your book currency and shown in the currency of each leg at a rate that somebody approved and dated. Trip profit, truck statements and invoices come from the same numbers, so they always agree.

  • Transit-loss allowance applied automatically; excess becomes a driver charge
  • Expense approvals with a named approver and a verified PIN
  • Invoices, receipts and vouchers printed on your letterhead
  • A statement per truck for owners of managed units

Security

Permissions that live in the database.

A viewer cannot become an administrator by editing a web page. Access is enforced by row-level security on every table, and the files are never on a public link.

Row-level security

Payroll, finance and driver records are filtered by role at the database, whatever the screen asks for.

Signed document links

Licence scans, certificates and photos are served through expiring links, not public URLs.

Audited administration

Every user created, role changed or password set is logged with who did it and when.

Proven where it is hardest

Built with a 45-truck tanker fleet crossing two borders per trip. Run anywhere.

Transvora was built alongside a working fuel-haulage operator, with real trips, real border delays and real payroll. The rules in the product — loss allowances, paper gates, per-leg diesel — came from that fleet, and they hold on any corridor in the world.

Questions

Before you ask for a demo.

Anything else, write to us.

Which countries does Transvora work in?

Anywhere trucks cross borders. Transvora’s rules for currencies, permits, allowances and borders are configuration, not code, so fleets in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the Americas and Oceania run on the same platform, with remote onboarding and support in your time zone.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Transvora runs in the browser on laptops, tablets and phones. Dispatch documents carry a QR code that any phone camera can scan.

Can we bring our existing fleet and driver data?

Yes. We load your fleet register, drivers, customers, stock and open trips from a structured workbook we provide, and we attach your certificate scans per truck and driver.

How is our data protected?

Access is enforced by role at the database level. Documents are served through signed links that expire, accounts are issued by your administrator only, and every user-management change is logged.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per fleet, based on the number of trucks and the modules you use. Contact us with your fleet size and we will send a proposal.
