Transvora Technology (“Transvora”, “we”) operates this website and the Transvora fleet management platform. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect on this website
- Contact requests. When you use the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size, country and message you enter. We use them to reply to you and for no other purpose.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and available. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
- Cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own.
Data in the platform
Customers who use the Transvora platform enter data about their own vehicles, drivers, employees, customers and finances. For that data the customer is the controller and Transvora is the processor: we process it only to provide the service, under the customer’s instructions and agreement. Access is restricted by role, documents are served through expiring signed links, and administrative actions are logged.
Where data is kept
The platform and this website are hosted with established cloud providers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by those providers. Backups are retained for service continuity.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless a business relationship follows. Platform data is retained for the life of the customer’s agreement and deleted or returned on request when it ends.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to info@transvoratech.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page with a new “last updated” date.
